Delete your Novitiq account

To delete your account and all associated data, please use the Novitiq app.

How to delete your account

• Open the Novitiq app
• Go to your Profile tab
• Tap “Delete Account”
• Enter your password to confirm
• Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

What gets deleted

Upon deletion, the following data is removed within 30 days:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone)
• Chat messages and learning history
• Test scores and progress data
• Subscription and payment records
