Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Novitiq app and services. By creating an account you agree to them.

Using Novitiq

Novitiq provides educational content and AI tutoring aligned to school curricula. You agree to use the service for lawful, personal or school learning purposes and not to misuse, copy or resell the content.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Student accounts may be created and managed with the involvement of a parent, guardian or school.

Subscriptions

Premium features are offered as a subscription billed through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your Google Play account. Billing and refunds are handled under Google Play’s terms.

AI-generated content

Tutoring answers, tests and explanations are generated with AI and are intended to support learning. While we work to keep them accurate and curriculum-aligned, they may contain errors and should not replace a teacher’s judgement.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
• No uploading of unlawful or harmful content.
• No sharing of accounts in violation of a school agreement.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. You can stop using Novitiq and delete your account at any time via Delete account.
